魏恩智能制造（嘉兴）有限公司经营魏恩生产工厂,占地面积约 13,300 米²(20 立方米）。桐乡宝毅纺织有限公司经营宝毅生产设施,占地面积约10,000米²(15亩）。

  • 圆形截面与异形截面：选择截面轮廓

  • Luster Grade Still Applies to Monofilament, Just Differently Than DTY

    Bright, semi-dull, full-dull and dope-dyed options exist for monofilament for the same TiO₂-loading reasons they exist for textured DTY, but the visual effect reads differently on a single, stiff filament than on a bulky multi-filament yarn. A bright monofilament thread can appear almost glass-like, while the same TiO₂ level in a textured multi-filament yarn simply looks slightly less matte. It's worth requesting a physical sample specifically in monofilament form rather than judging luster from a DTY reference sample of the same nominal finish.

  • Specification Shorthand: Reading D/1F Correctly

    You'll see monofilament specifications written as, for example, 20D/1F or 30D/1F — the "/1F" simply confirms one filament makes up the entire strand, distinguishing it at a glance from multi-filament DTY notation like 150D/48F.
