原液染色与传统匹染有何不同

The Trade-Off: Color Flexibility and Minimum Order Volume

The obvious limitation is that color must be confirmed before spinning rather than after, so custom shades typically require a higher minimum order than piece-dyed yarn, and small-batch color changes are less economical. This is why most dope-dyed programs are built around a small set of confirmed, high-volume colors — black, grey and brown in Zhenyi Chemical Fiber's current range — rather than open custom-color ordering at low quantities.
SIM/HIM Selection for Colored Yarn Specifically

Because pigment particles add a small amount of stiffness to the filament compared to raw white yarn, some mills find that HIM intermingling holds construction integrity slightly better on colored yarn during high-speed knitting than it does on the equivalent raw-white specification. If your process already runs raw-white SIM successfully, it's still worth trialing HIM when switching to Dope-Dyed Polyester DTY for the first time.
